Res-Q is a Training Center for Health and Safety Institute (HSI, ASHI), ECSI, and American Heart Association. Cardiac Comeback CPR is under the Res-Q company and is a Authorized Training Provider for the American Red Cross. All courses are valid for 2 years.

Cardiac Comeback CPR is under the Res-Q training company, but the only Training Provider for the American Red Cross, certifying in Adult and Pediatric CPR, AED, and First Aid Training, Bloodborne Pathogen training and much more.
