Cancellation / Refund Policy

7-Day Cancellation Policy

A $25 cancellation fee will apply to any cancelled CPR class bookings. No cancellation refunds are allowed within 7 days of a scheduled class. A 25% administration fee will be charged for any water safety courses cancelled. Bookings made within 72 hours of the course date will not be eligible for a refund. 

72 Hour Cancellation Policy

Customers that need to reschedule a booking must contact Res-Q customer service 72 hours prior to the class start date. If a booking is cancelled less than 72 hours, a $50 rescheduling fee will be applied. 

No-Show Policy

If a registered participant is a "no-show" and absent from scheduled class, there will be no refund of any kind. For emergency cancellations, customers can reschedule for $50 fee. 

Weather Cancellations

Class that are cancelled due to inclement weather will result in free rescheduling for alternate class date.

NOTE: Res-Q LLC - Cardiac Comeback CPR reserves the right to cancel any classes as needed. In the event a course is cancelled, registered participants will be offered an alternate class at no additional charge.
